I want to lose 25lbs my the first day of septmeber
Here’s my plan (which I hope works, but knowing myself it might take a bit longer :P )
Week:
Lose 3

Lose 7 (because i’m at a really intense camp and I usually lose weight there)

I plan to do this by eating 1000 calories minimum per day and exercising a lot :)
